I've been excited to try out The Juppy Baby Walker for a while now and Jaelyn is finally at the age were all she wants to do is stand and even try to take a few steps. The Juppy is a new type of baby walker that not only fits in a purse or diaper bag but is actually made to ease the stress on mom and dad's backs.
My back hasn't been the same since delivering my daughter and is almost always sore. Since Baby J has been wanting to stand more often than not, I've been bending down to support and balance her a lot. By the end of the day my back aches so bad. I can't even imagine what the stress of walking around bent over a baby would be like!
The Juppy was very easy to get on - I adjusted the straps for my height then just slipped J's legs into the leg holes and zipped up the back. She took to it right away! We even had a baby-friend over and she tried it and loved it, too. Jaelyn couldn't stop smiling and trying to jump around. Her baby-friend is a little bit older and was able to take steps and actually "walk" across the apartment!
For me, I could tell my back loved it. I was standing upright so there was no pain. Another perk is that my face is far away from headbutt territory! By default though, if my daughter loves it, I love it! I'm excited to be able to throw The Juppy into my diaper bag and "take a walk" at the beach or the park.
